These are better than I even thought they'd be. They're a little bit slippery, so the knife just glides on them and whatever you cut slides off easily. I love being able to cut raw meat on them and just throw them away. I will be buying again.

Very high quality, durable, easy to clean -- not your typical characteristics of 'disposable.'I needed some to be smaller, and they cut perfectly with a paper cutter. The thing I like most is they are easier to clean than my normal vinyl mats on my counter. So i have put these on top of my vinyl and use them until I need to replace them . . which is NOT often! They last a long time, cleaning with just a wet cloth, but they are guiltlessly disposable if you are cutting chicken or other foods that contaminate. I highly recommend . Better than you think!!

This are sturdy, hold up to knife use without a problem. They do not absorb liquids like the Dixie ones from the store. End up being the same price point for the Dixie ones from the store but larger, and sturdier. These are great if you want to do a bunch of prep (summer picnics, large gatherings...) but the dishes are getting crazy. You can start with your herbs and vegetables, rinse it off quick and then do your meats and then throw away. Cheap enough to use a few without guilt. Flexible to dump items into a bowl or pan without difficulty. This is a item that I give myself grace on, especially during summer preserving, partys, big meal preps. It is a sanity saver.

Held out buying these even tho BBQ people love them. Wish I’d have gotten them sooner. They hold up pretty well to gentle knife work. They are disposable, but if your careful and don’t trash it, they are dishwasher safe! Have edges that fold up for now spill. Not stiff enough to carry a roast, large steaks, etc. but put a cookie sheet under it and go to town.Seasoning a roast or brisket can be a mess. Slathering BBQ sauce on that chicken too. Even with raw meat you can sanitize these and reuse. You don’t have to, but you can. 17” x 12” BPA free plastic. You get a bunch of them, so the $20 goes far.
