I got this because I broke my shoulder and had to drive one-handed. Great for turning maneuvers, especially when parking. Not a terribly smooth transition where the back piece connects to the front, so I fiddle with the rough transition more than I should. But as far as spinning the wheel, I love it.

I am old 76, and when I was a teenager steering knobs were commonly used in the days before power steering. I recently had a shoulder replacement and was temporarily a one armed driver. The old knobs looked like door knobs hence the name I assume, but this one is flat and you use your palm to spin it. It is so much better than the door knob type as you can wrap your hand around it and the steering wheel at the same time. Then just lift your fingers and palm the wheel. It is really slick and when I am healed I will still use it.
