I would say that the earpiece works well, but it never arrived because it got lost in transit.

I am not sure if my product was defective or damaged in the shipping process but I can only hear people talking. When I respond back the red light doesn't come on and no one can hear me. I would of sent it back it were packaged better.

You can barely hear the volume out of it and the mic sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t I try to return it but it’s a very short window so be aware

Bought as a prop so never actually used. Exactly like the picture and arrived on time
