Recomendamos que lleves tu teléfono celular desde el lado izquierdo o derecho, para evitar afectar la vida útil del soporte de carga inalámbrica del coche, no recomendamos que lleves tu teléfono celular verticalmente durante mucho tiempo, cuando ajustes el brazo telescópico, no uses demasiada fuerza, para no causar daños.
Cuando no tengas que cobrar, prueba las siguientes acciones:
1. Comprueba si el soporte inalámbrico del teléfono del coche está conectado a la fuente de alimentación.
2. Intenta desconectar el cable de datos y volver a conectarlo.

El cargador muy recomendable. El problema es el brazo del soporte. Es muy delgado y se quiebra.

I was excited that this was a METAL mount held together by actual SCREWS. The screws, once tightened, would not stay tight and the mount loosed up and got "floppy". I bought good grade 8 screws at a local hardware store and added blue loctite to them. The mount still would not stay tight. After continued tightening to get it to hold its position the holes stripped out. Today, 4 months after purchase and fighting with it, it went into the trash.

Great product I like how fast it charges my phone while on the go ! The magnet it super strong so even when I go over potholes my phone doesn’t fall out ! Definitely recommend!

I didn’t have any problems installing or using this product right away. It is compact and light enough to fit in my small vehicle but the magnet holds my phone very well. I really appreciate that I can charge my phone on the go and it seems to charge up quickly using this charger.
