Acerca de este artículo

  • Placa de circuito de motor eléctrico E Bike salón Element
  • Sensor de placa de pasillo 41F PCB
  • Motores de buje de transmisión directa
  • Adecuado para motor sin escobillas de 1000 W
  • Completo con cable y sensores aislados 41F

Instrucciones de instalación del Salón del Motor:
1. Retire los tornillos de la carcasa del motor y abra el motor;
2. Tira del anillo de acero central;

A previous reviewer said to buy more, as they are very fragile and you will probably break one or two. True. When mine broke on the road, my bike would only go backwards. A long walk home resulted, and I had visions of money sprouting wings and flying away. The simple fix is to swap out two of the three sensor wires. I did that, and rode on for over a year before I broke down and fixed it. Videos are on YouTube. I foud it an easy fix, but I am a retired pro mechanic. Still, cheaper to fix than to trash. Keep on cycling, and stay out of the wheel wells.

I just can't understand these distributors that ship goods from China and don't bother to add directions or just some simple paper that just shows you what's up. It really seems irresponsible to me that somebody would just ship you a product, especially something that's electronic and not have some type of documentation. And I'm not looking for a huge owner's manual or data I'm just looking for simple wiring diagrams and some installation device. I mean would that really be that hard sheet. Just looking for a simple wiring diagram and maybe some recommendations on installations. I'm also trying to ascertain of how much effective loss you get when you don't use these hall effect sensors. So far I can tell you my 1,000 watt hub runs pretty decent without the sensors with a pretty good controller. I think that if you have a sign wave controller, you don't need all sensors and if you have a square wave or box wave controller or at least a less expensive controller, you can't run it without your Hall sensors The only major problem with all of this in general has to do with the fact that the sensors themselves need to fit in these little cavities that are part of The stator and there's not a lot of room. If the hall sensor would stick out even a fraction of an inch, it would create havoc inside your hub motor. Need to throwing out or poking out or cleaning out the cavities to get the whole sensors in place and then mount the PCB the little board but it's a real mess and I can tell you you may want to just consider going hall less. Also, upon research, all effect is not the only way to sense the position of a stator on a brushless DC motor. There are other ways and you can read about those ways online. However, the controllers for those alternative sensors tend to run quite pricey. However, if you don't mind laying the money out for a different style controller, you can do well without these whole sensors. While I'm on the subject, the leads that go to the sensor itself are quite fragile and spindly. I'm really wondering why these hub motors are not put together with more robust Hall sensor assemblies. I guess if they could save a few pennies they'll do it. However, it all sensors

was getting an error code on my bicycle and wheel motor functioned intermittently/stumbled. I took the plate off the motor and found a fragile and broken lead on one of the hall effect sensors. I pulled all three and replaced them with this part and the electric bike now works fine.
