For full disclosure, I received this through Amazon's Vine program to try but I'm not getting paid. You get my honest opinion no matter what.I own several digital frames and I mostly stuck with those that use the Frameo app. I'm glad that this frame is Frameo compatible. Setting up was easy for me due to my familiarity with similar products. This may not be the case for an older person, so if you're buying it for your older parents or grand parents, you may want to set it up for them. I know I would. In a nutshell, you just connect the frame to your Wi-Fi and use the Frameo app to share photos and short videos from your phone. I also appreciate the ample 32GB internal storage for storing loads of photos. For me 32 GB is more than enough. It's not meant to be a cloud storage device. The 10.1" touchscreen delivers a 1280x800 resolution. Not the ultimate best for sure, but the photos are vibrant crisp. I was able to view my photos from any angle without any issues. However, if you place it against a window with lots of light then it will suffer with clarity and haze. I can't see the specifications for how many nits, but I assume it's on the low side despite being IPS.I also like that you can easily customize your photo slideshow, including image order, display time, and even add weather or time information. The photographer in me will always prefer a clean photo display without any noise, overlays, or text. That's just me though. It's matter of preference, but the features are there if you need them which is nice and the standard in many frames. However, there's a slight catch. The frame seems a little underpowered on the processing side with occasional lags when transitioning between photos. It's a minor annoyance, but something to be aware of.A few more things to consider: the frame doesn't have a battery, so it needs to be plugged in at all times. Plus, the micro-USB port feels a bit outdated, especially with USB-C becoming the standard. I think this a manufacturing cost-saving strategy, which I understand, but it's not convenient in the era of USB C.Overall, the YUUTY digital frame is a great tool for displaying and sharing memories. The Frameo integration makes it a breeze to use, at least for me, and the generous storage is enough for most people needs. While the slight processing lag and some design limitations are present, those are offset by the attractive price point.

I already owned a first generation digital frame, but this appealed to me as something having a lot more features and flexibility. My most immediate use was to be able show cell-phone images to visiting friends and relatives (VFRs) on a decent size screen, as compared to simply flashing one’s Android or Apple device with its significantly smaller picture. A secondary feature that I find attractive, is the ability to have my granddaughter in college, or my niece overseas, upload pictures from their own cellphones to my Frameo when there is something interesting to communicate from abroad. On the first of these counts, I found that the app wanted me to start notifying friends right at the get go, and had no interest in inviting yours truly to start the ball rolling. Hence my new BFF on Frameo is me. The first upload required me to specify a part of the image that I considered most important by moving a circular frame around. I took a guess and placed it where I thought it might have some significance. After several seconds the full image (or most of it) appeared on screen. I think this might be a bit slow for the VFR display I had in mind, but we shall see. There is an option to pre-load pictures with an SD card, but that was the “old school” method on my existing frame, and requires even more time to set up using one’s computer. At the end of the day, I guess the main attraction will be getting shots from abroad, which can be sent overnight and viewed at my own convenience. I am given to believe that this frame has a decent on-board memory, and since I have no intention of storing these types of pictures indefinitely, I think the capacity should prove adequate. I just have to learn to be patient when uploading my own images for the benefit of the VFR crowd.

I recently purchased the YUUTY WiFi Digital Photo Frame, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations.Firstly, setting it up was a breeze. The user-friendly interface made the whole process smooth and intuitive, even for someone like me who isn't particularly tech-savvy. Once connected to WiFi, I was able to invite friends and family to send photos directly to the frame through the Frameo app. It's such a convenient feature, and it allows me to share moments with loved ones in real-time, regardless of where they are in the world. The IPS HD touch screen is vibrant and clear, making photos look stunning from any angle. I appreciate the auto-rotation function, which adjusts the orientation of photos accordingly. The frame also displays captions, weather, and clock, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. In terms of functionality, the frame offers everything I could ask for. It supports both photos and videos, which is a rarity among digital photo frames. While the video capability is limited to short clips, it's still a nice addition. The frame also comes with 32GB of built-in memory, with the option to expand storage via a MicroSD card. I do wish the built-in memory was more than 32GB, especially considering the high resolution of photos taken by modern smartphones. One minor downside is that the power cable is not USB-C, which would have been a nice touch. Additionally, I found that picture loading can be a bit laggy at times, especially when using the SD card slot.Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. The YUUTY WiFi Digital Photo Frame is not just a photo frame; it's a gateway to staying connected with loved ones and sharing precious memories effortlessly. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a modern and innovative way to display photos.

This product arrived the next day via Amazon Prime and was packaged in a retail cardboard box.PROS-Nice display size with a decent resolution to display your photos.-Easy set up; simply connect to your wifi, download the Frameo app on your phone and then transfer your selection of photos.-Settings allow customization including slideshow speed, ordering etc.-A smart way to stay connected to friends and family because photos and even short videos can be sent via the Frameo app. This makes it an ideal gift.-Full electrical cable included. It is nice not to have to hunt down another wall adapter :)CONS-Not a fan of the Frameo interface and please note that you are only able to transfer small sets of photos at a time which can be time consuming.-You can still transfer photos from memory or a PC in the event that you do not wish to use the Frameo App.-Some people (e.g. grandparents, children) may need help setting up photos and adjusting settings.-Current asking price of $90 CAD is not unreasonable but seems on the higher side to me.Overall, while it took some time to set up, download the app, sort through photos and upload them to the photo frame, it was a nice trip down memory lane for me and I am quite pleased with the result! This digital photo frame provides a clear display of photos and short vids and i think most people would be happy with the quality of this product. I would be happy to give or receive this item as a gift.

I was recently introduced to Frameo Digital Picture frames, and after trying another one out for a while, I knew the advantages of having one in your home. This Yutty frame is consistent with that experience, and makes it easy to both display and share pictures. The picture frame uses Frameo software, which is easy to set up on your smartphone. Pairing to the frame is done via a QR code and is also straight forward. The real advantage of Frameo is that, not only can you use it to display your photos, you can give others access to share their photos on your device. There are limitations to the app, with the most annoying being the fact you can only transfer a maximum of 10 images at a time over WiFi. You can connect this into your computer or use either a USB-C micro drive or a MicroSD card, which is probably the best option when first loading up the frame with your pictures. With 32GB of storage, there’s lots of room for hundreds (upon hundreds) of photos. The display is as one would expect, with crisp clear images. It’s not high res by any stretch (i.e., it's not equivalent to a high def monitor or tv), but for displaying photos it’s more than enough. As with all Frameo-driven devices, you can control things like the brightness as well as the interval that each image is displayed. You can also have it display the time, weather and photo credits. Images can be set to display randomly or in sequence, though I think they need to work on their randomization equation as I often see the same image multiple times before I see any others.Based on the dimensions of the frame, images are either cropped to fill the whole space (my preference), or borders are added to keep all elements of the original image visible. It does take some trial and error to anticipate the way an image will be cropped, but you can edit directly on the frame through the touchscreen, so making adjustments is quick and the frame will remember your modifications.Overall, this Yuuty is another nice Frameo device. Having used it for a while, I’m now adding it to my list of “this makes a good gift”, especially for family. Being able to send grandparents an updated picture of their grandkids, or your parents or friends some of your pictures you took from a recent event or vacation, means photos can easily be freed from their camera “vaults” and shared as they were meant to be.
