I mounted this on my router and it made beautiful profiles.Used on cherry, walnut and maple without burning or tearing out the wood.The price to performance ratio is better than just good, I love this bit.This is not the first one from this brand.All have performed exceptionally well.

I bought this bit not to do router milling along a length of wood, but rather to cut circular concave depressions to be used in bird (budgerigar) breeding nest boxes. I really wanted a 4-inch diameter head, but this one was the largest that I could find. Also, instead of using this bit in a proper routing device, I used it on a drill press which has a top "speed" of about 5,000 rpm - considerably lower than what a router typically runs.Regardless, even at my "low" speed, this bit worked really well on soft pine, digging out the wood quickly. It takes more loading on the bit to work on harder woods, but it did eventually work on maple as well.In any case, I'm happy with this item.

Habe div. Mulden in Leimholz gefräst, das Ergebnis war einwandfrei. Dieses Werkzeug ist nur zu empfehlen.

El precio me parece bien con respecto a la calidad.Creo que es muy buena marca Yonico.Una gran variedad con diseños poco ordinarios y con vástagos de 1/2 y 1/4.me gusta mucho esta maraca.

Arrived as described and true to the picture. Purchased this bit to make a cove style finger pull on drawer fronts, and a pencil tray inside a desk drawer. Will work well I think.

He comprado puntas Yonico desde hace un par de años y, en general, tengo una buena impresión de ellas. No son Freud pero la relación costo-beneficio es muy buena. Ésta punta sí me deja un mal sabor de boca pues me parece que no tiene el filo que una punta de más de 2 pulgadas necesita. El resultado es mucho astilleo (Chip-out) y maderas echadas a perder.Creo que para puntas de este tamaño sí hay que invertirle un poco más que los $400 MXN que éstas cuestan.
