La base es insegura porque esta despegada de la parte de la pantalla, la pantalla esta demasiada chiquita que se ve desproporcionada , fatal no me gusto

This black ceramic lamp with its cream shade is stunning! It has a fun design with clean lines and a touch of rustic. I love the length of the cord and the convenient on/off switch. It gives off an appealing light with the included lightbulb, not too bright with just enough warmth. This makes it convenient to place on sideboards or end tables. It is interesting the way it comes packaged, with the shade that looks like it will be creased, but it came out beautifully and assembled easily. The base does not attach to the shade, if you knocked it over the two would separate. I thought this would bother me, but honestly it does not. The attractiveness and functionality outshine any concerns.

Seriously, this lamp base is stunning! It's made of a deep grey, stone-like material. The texture gives it a high-class elegance that I just love. The cream shade is a good offset to the darker base color.

It's a BEAUTIFUL lamp. I'm impressed not only with the beauty of the lamp design itself, but also with the quality of the light it produces. It gives a very soft glow that is warm, but not TOO warm. When I opened it and took out the shade, I was concerned because it was all bent up and misshapen. But then I installed the rings that go on it and it looked perfect (I velcroed it first, THEN put it on the rings, in case trying to do it the other way gives you trouble). Don't forget to look INSIDE the lamp for the included light bulb.The only thing I DIDN'T like about the lamp was that the part at the top of the vase where the stem that holds the bulb comes out doesn't actually attach to the base... the vase. I'm not sure why that is, but it doesn't seem sturdy like that. It's fine as long as it's just sitting there, I suppose, but what if someone who doesn't know goes to move it and grabs it by the shade?? The vase could possibly fall to the floor and break unless the cord prevents it from reaching the ground. So, almost five stars, but not quite. Beautiful lamp.

I don't know. This is really not what I expected. I know it said distressed but there was a spot on the top of the lamp body that was rubbed almost completely white (see 2nd and 4th pictures). Also, the part of the lamp that holds the bulb is white plastic and it should be black so as not to stand out so obviously. I have received lamp shades that have velcro before but they have always been rolled up so as not to get creases and this one was folded in 2 places so when I put it together it still had creases. I was not happy with that at all. At this point I put it back in the box and am not sure I am ever going to pull this out and use it. Maybe at some time I will find a different shade and find some paint to touch up the base and the white plastic. Who knows. I am not sure I can recommend this to anyone.
