戸建住宅で55型TVとヤマハのサウンドバーSR-B20Aの低音と質感の補完目的で購入しています。主にYouTube音源などでクラシック、Jazz、j-popなど視聴しています。このウーファーは想像以上にパワフルと感じました。サウンドバー側音量20-21(中程度)に対してサブウーファー側音量は10段階中の3弱でちょうど良いと個人的には感じています。TVボードw1800サイズの右下に角度は外側に20度弱向きで設置。(ヤマハのユーザー向けLINEチャットで建築図面と実際の写真からアドバイス頂けた。感謝)最初はTVボードの空き空間に設置しましたが共振で音ボケしてしまい床置きにウーファー音量はサウンドバー側と連動してくれていますので都度操作は不要。電源ケーブルは実測で1.6mぐらい、もう少し長さが欲しかった。オンオフはフタマタ電源タップでサウンドバーと一緒に操作しています。同梱5mRCAケーブルは音質悪いので、MOGAMIケーブル購入し接続しています。Box全体がTVボードとの組み合わせではそれなりに大きく感じます。ウーファースタンドiso-200subに載せると音質が倍音豊かでクリアになり、満足度アップしました。

I bought this subwoofer as an addition to my Yamaha Yas-109 soundbar.. Amazing deep and rumbling sound.. Very satisfied with this nice Yamaha compatible subwoofer .. The sound really differs a lot..The only drawback is that it came without the subwoofer cable which I had to buy after receiving my order ..

Don't feel ultra low rumble, but it's still deep. It's perfect for a computer setup.Using it in an apartment placed on top of a towel.

While I'm primarily a metalhead, I have very broad taste in music. Starting from Bathory to Yanni, Indian classical or 80's synthwave - I love good music.I've never liked any prebuild music system because the heavy bias in sound they produce. While using equalisers made the sound suitable for my sanity, it's still not the actual sound the musicians wanted me to hear.In my journey to make a small 2.1 system which is truly neutral, I considered more parameters like cost/quality ratio, performance and quality of sound at low volume, build quality and the clarity of sound produced.With Presonus E3.5, this subwoofer produced the best sound I've ever heard in my life. Added a DIY absorption pad, and the sound clarity was unmatched at this price and cemented its value to me.The bass is clean, accurate/precise, punchy, wholesome and still can cause an earthquake as you crank it up.I'm currently passing under 100 Hz through the sub at this moment and it goes all the way down to 28 Hz at least as per spects. I didn't test it that precise, but 30 Hz definitely it does down to but not at 20 Hz. Still It's super "low". You can't get a sub going this low at such price point. Nope.My requirements were precisely as per my needs. And it met more than my expectations. I can easily think of anyone sober to use this with 5.1 home theater or similar small setup like that of mine. It's powerful enough for any standard sized living/bed room unless you want to actually bother your neighbours.
