we got this printer two weeks back , toady all of sudden stop working , error is not enough memory, call tech support , got advice buy new one.

We have two of these in our offices and they work amazing. I love the easy setup, wireless access, and simple straightforward software program that comes with this. This is perfect for a home office.

I bought this printer for my home office, it is very difficult to connect to laptop, and it is not dual scan, not what I want.

I have used computers for 30 years, but could not get the scanner in this Xerox working in my Windows 10. The drivers require a Microsoft account to even get the "app". Even after I got that, the scanner would not be detected by Windows 10. I finally returned it and got an amazing Brother laser instead! I set up my new Brother laser printer in about one second, with only Windows drivers, didn't even need the disc for hard wired USB use. Skip Xerox and go with Brother for your laser printer/scanner/copier multi-function - get the one with thousands of positive reviews, there is a reason for them!

Any time you want to use this printer, you know it will work. It's as easy as that. It's got great features that all work well, so this printer should work well for either personal or light commercial use. The only problem I've had is with the wifi sometimes not working but its easy enough to fix or get around. Highly recommend this over any other printer.

La impresora tiene una falla: se atasca continuamente con el papel; ya he probado con tipos diferentes de marcas de papel pero no hay resultados satisfactorios. Necesito cambiar por otra impresora. Pareciera que esta impresora ya fue utilizada y devuelta por el mismo problema. Necesito que me ayuden a cambiar este producto por uno que si dé el servicio por el que se pagó. Gracias.

El equipo presenta fallas desde el principio, contacté a Xerox y me piden que necesito presentar el equipo en el Centro de Soporte y la revisión puede tardar entre 3 y 5 días, cuando es un equipo nuevo.
