You have to hold it when wiping the window. Otherwise no problem.

Beware if you order. In my case, the way the wiper arm is made doesn't allow the wiper provided to slide properly into it. If you look at my pictures, the hole is too small and pivot not aligned. Looks like the wiper provided in the ''kit'' is not the right one since the arm seems to fit pretty well when comparing to the original part (Honda Fit/Jazz 2013). I'll try to find a wiper that fit at a local store, hope I'll find something or this kit will be completely useless and a waste of cash...
