This is my second set of connectors for my nephews Mini Cooper S, the first set was cheaper and on prime, so why did I have to buy a second set ? The cables crimped into the connectors, that’s why, first set came with cables half the size of the originals, as the existing connectors had the earth pins burnt out, I couldn’t get all the pins out to swap the ends over, apparently it’s a common “feature” on Mini’s.These new one come with 18 AWG wires already crimped, which is roughly the same size and capacity as the original wiring, at the same time we replaced the rear lights with after market LED ones, which hopefully “should” help, but at over £200 for the new lights, I didn’t want to risk it with skinny cables that could damage the new lights, or even worse melt or cause a fire, the solution, pay a little more for these connectors with the correct size cables and still half the price of OEM parts.Hope that helps, if you need a set, check the cable size is stated or you will end up doing the job twice like me.For those wanting to repair the original lights, it is possible, clean up all the lamp connections, fit a cable from the lamp assembly ground plate and connect it back onto the cable connected to the burnt out pin, obviously check it’s actually the ground pin that’s the issue first, the usual culprit is corrosion on the brake light bulb holder, it’s a faff, but it’s possible.

Can't get this pigtail with 5 wire, I had to get the 6 wire and adapt it, but it's an okay temporary fox for a mini cooper tail light

Worked perfectly and harness wiring wasn't flimsy or loose at connector end like another hardness I purchased.
