North America HVAC/ClimaTek ice makers have stopped working 2 times within few months of installation, also replaced water valve twice. Amazon and NAHVAC are saying the other is responsible and won't even state warranty length. I've wasted 12 months replacing 2 defective ice makers with new water valves at cost of $250. Will call kenmore repair for there warranty, tired of hauling 20 lbs bags of ice. The last ice maker never filled the bucket, should have known than ice maker was faulty. DON'T BUY Richard B

Was the exact replacement part for our fridge..and just like the one that came with the fridge, it crapped out in two months.

Company has no warranty on their product.Ordered this on March 10, 2021 for $95. Failed on Nov 1, 2022. Original part came with the new refrigerator, put in service Nov 2017, failed March 2021. Half the life for half the cost of the OEM part (at that time).

Worked great for a few months when all of a sudden it just stopped producing ice. Can't recommend this product at all if it only lasts for a very short time.

2 months so far and no problems. Ice cubes slightly smaller but works great
