Ich habe diese Palette als Ersatz für meine bisherige WMF-Palette gekauft, die nach fast 20 Jahren und bei artfremder Verwendung außerhalb der Küche durchbrach.Die Palette ist wunderbar kompakt und handlich, Größe, Form und Winkel sind perfekt für das Verstreichen von Cremes… das Bestreichen von Torten… sowie als Backschaufel oder beim Servieren als Kuchenheber. Durch das minimalistische Design passt die Palette zu praktisch allen modernen Küchen und Tischen.Für mich die beste Palette!

This is a good spatula. I use it in the frying pan to turn and lift things from the oven. I haven't used it for long so there was not enough time to test the quality., but I'm satisfied with it. It seems fine.It is described as a palette so it can be used in baking and pastry. I usually use it to make the layers flat in vegetarian lasagna or moussaka and it works great.It is a multitasker. I would like it not to be shiny, because I prefer brushed stainless steel, but this didn't diminish the quality of the item thus far, so it is ok.

Größe ausreichend. Zu lang macht sich auch nicht immer gut. Für mich tolle QUalität und Praktisch!

I bought this to replace a WMF slotted fish slice which I used all the time and, unfortunately, broke whilst attacking a very nasty baked on roasting tin. I admit I was surprised to see WMF break at all as they are fantastic products, but as I had had it for over five years and it seems to have been withdrawn from sale, I forgave them and repurchased what would appear to be the replacement for it. WMF are very good quality kitchen utensils and never lose their 'as new' sparkle regardless of how many times they're used and washed in the dishwasher. This is the most versatile fish slice you could find and I use it daily for all manner of cooking tasks.
