This is the 3rd pair I purchase for my grandfather, he likes the comfort of the shoe and the fact that he’s able to adjust to his comfort. They are lightweight and durable. They are also washing machine friendly.

I’ve purchased 2 pairs at different times for my Dad. Easy to put on very comfortable .My sister then had me order a pair for her friend.Perfect as you are able to size them to your personal preference.

My husband’s feet and legs swelled up to truly frightening proportions over one weekend. At the same time, he developed extreme all-over muscle and joint pain so severe that even getting out of his recliner was almost more than he could manage. He had no previous experience of this, and no health history that would indicate a reason. When I reached his doctor, she told me to bring him to her office Monday, or if it got worse, take him to the ER over the weekend.And that’s when I realized that just getting something to cover his feet before he left the house was going to be a challenge. He had no shoes or sandals big enough to fit his swollen feet. And even socks were out of the question. Nothing would stretch far enough to fit him. I turned to Amazon and began going through the hundreds of listings for edema shoes, diabetic shoes, extra wide shoes and ever other descriptive I could think of. Eventually I landed on these. The design of these shoes looked well thought out in that the one-piece upper could be adjusted in multiple ways. And they were available for overnight delivery. I ordered them with more hope than expectation.But the next day, when they arrived late morning, I was delighted! First, because I was simply able to get them on his feet. That was one hurdle overcome! Next, the design allowed me to shape them to actually fit his swollen feet. Hurrah! But finally, the superior grade velcro gripped so firmly that once I had the shoes shaped to fit, they held in place without any shifting or slippage. I personally have several pairs of sports shoes that close with Velcro, and I must constantly re-close and re-adjust them as I walk and run, so I had been very concerned that these shoes might not hold as securely as my husband needed. Not to worry! The Velcro on these shoes is the strongest I have ever encountered. My sincere thanks to both the seller and Amazon for getting me exactly what my husband needed in time to let him shuffle out the door to see his doctor on Monday. 🙏
