Couldn't be simpler. Banana plugs at one end. RCA plug at the other. Works just as described. Nice quality too.

The WJSTN RCA Female to Banana Plug Cable 6in Speaker Y-Adapter Cables I received actually surprised me! I've bought y-adapter cables just like these but by a different manufacturer in the past.I’ve had to buy this type of Y-cable adapter combination several times in the past because the manufacturers used poor quality shielding and/or sub-par assembly methods.I have several Sub woofers and a few days ago, I unplugged the banana-plug end from the jack and the 4-bladed section of the banana plug's positive lead slipped from the plug’s collar and stayed in the jack!The manufacturer didn't braise the 4-bladed section securely! It was a very poor assembly method and as a result, I needed to buy them again.This time, I carefully looked over the Y-cables from several manufacturers and the "WJSTN RCA Female to Banana Plug Cables" appeared to be assembled much more dependably. Of course, I wouldn't know for sure until I got them.I was able to confirm the banana plug end was designed and assembled with a far better technique when they arrived today. The copper wire was 12-gage as advertised and I then checked the assembly of the RCA female end.Again, I was impressed because not only were the wires carefully separated and each individually shielded to avoid shorts & feedback, the soldering work was a top-drawer, first-class job! In addition, the entire wire and contact terminal group were also insulated to avoid making contact against the inside of the RCA plug's outer sleeve.You need to understand that as an audiophile, I've bought many variations of 1/4", RCA, Banana, and 3.5 cable combinations. Even the higher dollar cables I’ve received didn't always have that extra insulation around the terminals to avoid shorts against the inside of the plug's sleeve.I then had to check my PO receipt. I thought I may have paid a lot more than I remembered because of the high-quality material and assembly used in these cables. You can be sure these cables by WJSTN are definitely worth much more than the price they're asking!I strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable Y-Cable configuration! 5-Stars!!

I needed this type of connector to link some audio devices and found them to be well made. If you need this type of connector then you should consider these.
