I had one of those screw together glass & plastic filters on my '63 C10 and came across some horror stories of them loosening up in spring fuel all over the hot engine and burning down people's vehicles. My truck is very sentimental to me as it was my grandfather's service truck for the gas station he owned.I've been watching a lot of vice grip garage. Derek Bieri, the main guy revives old cars and this is the filter he uses on every one. I trust him more than I do large corporations in their commercials. It's been working well for months now and I would have to say the quality is very good. It's nice that it's clear so you can see the fuel and color of the filter medium. This fuel filter is definitely worth the money and piece of mind for it not to come parts because it's all one piece so there's nothing that can unscrew and leak fuel.

The product is fine, but not for a replacement for a Kubota BX tractor fuel filter. The filter is larger in diameter and you will have to purchase longer bolts to put this on. One out of the two bolts were too short and it doesn’t snug down tight would not buy again..

bought two of these to use as in line filters on a outboard. These filters catch all the debris, and even catch some of the " water" in the fuel tank caused by condensation and phase separation. Going to buy to more to keep in the boat. Also, I love how clear they are, so I can eyeball fuel flow and contamination level.

A little larger than the original OEM but space not a problem on my Gravely XT XL54.
