Small rain gauge, up to five inches. I am a little disappointed because the lights don’t work, even though the solar battery gets full sun.

I've had this a few months now and it is working as advertised. It's quite pretty 'in person', and the tiny LED lights look nice at night. The whole thing is very lightweight but sturdy enough, and the whole unit is really attractive. I don't know how accurate the rain gauge is, and I don't care enough about that to check it...I got it for the looks, to be honest.It's a nice little addition to my small flower bed.

About a year ago I purchased some duckbill aviation snips to cut 24ga Aluminum sheet. They did fine on that. Then I bought some 22ga galvanized steel strap, and they could not touch it.I dug out my antique tin snips and they went right through the 22ga steel. So, when I saw these for under $12, I decided to get a pair.When it arrived I found the handles comically large - I guess they expect you to wear gloves with them, which is probably a good idea for the sake of safety.Anyway, after loosening the tension a small amount, they cut the 22ga almost as well as the antique USA made snips. The blades were not nicked at all by doing this, so they should last quite a while.It's easy enough to sharpen tinsnips if they ever do get dull.These are made in Vietnam.

Nice set of snips for heavier cutting chores. Edges make even-pressure contact along cutting edges. Fairly heavy (as expected), so I'll use these around the house rather than adding them to my car toolbox. I expect years of service out of these for all reasonable cutting chores....that means no cutting hardened steel.

very pretty at night but it only worked for about a month. It does help to make sure it gets lots of sun in the day time so it can charge it's self up again but still didn't last . It's a shame because it is really nice when it does work.
