This has become my to extreme cold weather hat (10 degree F) Only tweak was I attached velcro to one side of mask and hat flap so I could adjust the mask to my liking. Some fogging of my glasses before I was able to adjust the mask. Very warm under parka hood. the earflps have a snap lock band that hold them tight agains your ears, keeping them warm.....

I have 3 of these; navy, grey and black.I am a fan of the grey color fur on all of them as opposed to furs that are brownish in color.Super warm !I have a big head and they fit me comfortably!I love the mask feature.. VERY handy and I like that the mask buttons onto the cheeks as opposed to velcro or something. I also love that you can raise or lower the mask (handy for blizzard weather !)My 1of2 complaints :• The huge branding at the front of the hat.THANKFULLY it blends in and is still a very clean, sharp look..but I would prefer the branding to be WAY smaller...like 1inch by 1inch area at most Vs the 2.5-3inch by 2.5-3inch it is now. Also I think it would be better in a different location on the hat. Perhaps the back or on the side of the hat towards the back.I do love how the branding blends into the color of the hat bc its like the same color.. though my grey hat (in photo) the branding stands out way more because slightly different color.• The hats come at random with either a velcro strap or a buckle strap under the chin to secure the ear flaps together & have the hat firmly in place in the case of wind & rain.I like the buckle version as velcro can get nasty full of pet hair when you dont pick the dog hair off it consistently... or if it gets wet it won't function. The buckle version is superior.Really disappointed I had to get stuck with the velcro on 1 of the 3 hats.I wish they had a light heather grey color hat too though! (Minimal branding of course) to match my light grey hoodies or heather grey jackets.Alll in all, GREAT value for money. Fair decent price for a great cold weather winter hat.
