I wish to give no rating at all, very bad product didn’t even last 1 year. Not worth it, called customer care and they said they can’t do anything about after 1 year. Didn’t expect it to be lasting for 1 year only. Will never buy anything from this manufacturer again who doesn’t stand behind their products.

This is false advertising Amazon. This is a rice warmer and not a cooker. Very frustrated as I need it for celebration of life.

Works great !! Very easy to use. I made a batch of 8 cups of rice. I should have cut down on a cup of water but the rice tasted good. It is a bit pricey but if you make lots of rice often this will not disappoint. I mainly use it for catering orders, however I'm sure I can use it for my personal / at home use.
