I bought this squirrel cage for my Wild Game Innovation deer feeder. It did not fit the barrel correctly and squirrels could still climb down into the timer and spinner area and steal corn. The clips that come with it to clip the door closed were cheaply made plastic and everyone of them broke. I used wire to secure the door. The only thing I like was it opened from the side making it easy to get to the battery and timer. I would not purchase again.

These are great! We haven't had any problems with raccoons or squirrels since we installed them. I have installed 4 on our feeders and will buy them again if I need to. There are only 2 drawbacks for me. It does cause more corn to fall under the feeder which, unfortunately, the cows love. 2nd is the little snaps. They are hard to operate with my old hands in cold weather. No way to get hands with gloves to operate them. I switched them out with larger dog snaps.

Bought one from Academy and found the exact same one on Amazon cheaper and free shipping. I have 3 of these total mounted on the bottom of a black wild game poly barrel feeder. They work great keeping coons, squirrels, birds, and deer from emptying your feeder early.After installing these and a solar panel I know exactly how long the corn will last before going empty. The deer no longer nose all the corn out and the coons hang all over it but cant access the spinner or rip the battery out and destroy the feeder anymore.In my opinion this vamit cage is as important as the corn that goes in it. They are decent sized and fairly easy it install in the field

Works great! The corn-thieving coons are very unhappy with this product. Yeah! Attached it to plastic Moultrie 30 gallon feeder and though it's not the best fit due to the rounded bottom of the feeder it still works fantastic. I just positioned the tabs on each side to contact the feeder base and used the screws provided to attach and voila - coons-be-gone! I purchased a second for another feeder.
