I've gotten tired of the mediocre quality of a lot of the tools these days. I have a few hex key, made (in America) 50 years ago that I like. But I don't have all the sizes. I bought some Harbor Freight sets, the "jack knife" style, but they feel flimsy, and are short. These (WIHA) hex keys are made in Germany. They are a good/generous length, and the handles are very comfortable.I previously got some Wiha Philips-head screwdrivers, because I'm tired of the tips of the other brands wearing out in a year or few. And I much prefer a real screwdriver, not a screwdriver bit in a handle. Bits in handles can fall out, and they don't fit down into recesses/holes.Wiha is now my preferred brand. They cost more, but I expect they will last a lot longer.

As described. Nice quality hex wrenches.

Glad to have upgraded to this set--it really is superior quality. Handles are fine, not sure what the soft grip is all about. Not sure it's really soft as much as it is grippy in a useful way. Using them gives me a feeling of using a very good tool for the job.

These are fantastic. The quality is outstanding for the money. I’m a bicycle technician, so they get heavy use.
