Amazon was quicker than WEN in sending me the carbide set. The cost is the same and the packaging is the same. I enjoy using these tremendously.

Quality is great! First time working with carbide tips so it took me some time to get used to it. Been using this one for a couple of months now and I love it. I never have to worry if it’s sharp I just pick up and dig in. Real time saver for sure.

The square and radius cutter as well as round carbides are excellent. The diamond is to narrow at the screw. It breaks. Probably get a sandvik carbide that is 30mm x 12mm plus 4mm thick rather than 2.5mm thick, so it will last

The square tip broke after just 1 use. I had tool rest positioned where tool was level and centered of piece. Doing a simple plunge cut using about a 1/4 of the width of blade. After a few passes it broke from corner to corner. I bought the replacement kit and it did the same thing the round and diamond tips worked flawlessly.

Smaller works good on my mini lathe ok and I’m sure on large ones too but not for deep cuts
