I had the item for a while prior to using it. When I first opened the fusing tool, I could not plug the item in because the prongs are made for Europe and that information was NOT included in the description. I had to order an adapter to be able to use the tool. Once I was able to use the fusing tool, it would not heat up. I had it plugged into the outlet for 90 minutes and I could hold the heating unit in my hand and it did not burn me. I reached out to the seller for a return/exchange, but I did not receive a response. It was outside of the return policy, but the item does not work. I reached out to Amazon, they reached out to the company for a return label to be sent to me in two days. I’m still waiting.

Aufgrund der teilweise schlechten Bewertungen habe ich lange gezögert und bin jetzt total froh, dass ich mir das Teil gegönnt habe. Ich habe über einige andere Alternativen nachgedacht, wie z. B. ein Folienschweißgerät für Lebensmittel, aber das tut nicht was ich wollte. Mit dem Fuse Tool kann ich mir jetzt endlich auch passende Taschen zum Aufbewahren meiner Stempel und Thinlits machen. Ich verwende einfache glänzende Prospekthüllen, nicht die teuren Spezialfolien! Das Problem mit dem (wirklich miserablen) Ständer habe ich gelöst indem ich mein Tool in ein schweres, dickes Wasserglas stelle, auf youtube gesehen😉.Bei mir hat es super funktioniert, auf youtube wird auch angeraten das Tool mind. 10 Minuten vorzuheizen. Wenn man langsam und ggf. zweimal über die zu verschweißende Stelle rübergeht klappt es prima. Anbei ein Foto meiner ersten Arbeiten, sieht doch ganz gut aus, oder?
