2 mayor problems. 1.- The dehumidifier indicator of humidity doesn’t work properly. In the room the humidity level is 65% and in the dehumidifier indicates 28%, so it will not kick in and it won’t start. 2.- This dehumidifier sometimes it will never shuts off at the desired humidity level. It just keeps running 24/7. If I set it to 50% and the humidity level goes below that setting, it still runs. If I set the dehumidifier level to 40% and he humidity level goes below, it still runs. If I set it to 40% and it goes below, and then while the humidity level is below 40% I raise it to 50% or higher, the thing still runs. I would not buy this dehumidifier.I would like to continue within the second review on the dehumidifier. First of all, I got great customer support from Tina. She answered promptly all my questions and emails. I was very happy with the service. She provided the support I needed and got shipped the humidifier indicators to fix my problem. At the end something very important that matters is having great customer support to be on hand. I will buy them again with no question.

I bought this unit about a year and a half ago. It keeps the crawlspace of my south Florida home dry, so it gets a TON of work. It worked perfectly for a year and half. I use the self draining hose feature so it runs the whole time without me touching it. Eventually the unit stopped working (the coils froze up). I contacted customer service through email, and they promptly got back to me. Even though the unit was out of warranty by this time, they sent me a new unit and even sent a shipping label to handle the return of the old unit. I really appreciated the great customer service and standing behind their product.

Purchased for large heated garage to help control humidity/moisture. We have 2 other units that we are using, but they couldn't keep up. When we unboxed the unit, we were taken by surprise, the unit is smaller than the ones we currently had. Have been using it now for a couple of weeks, and it is proving to be 2xtimes more effective than our other units. Very happy with our purchase. We do wish it had a larger water collection bucket. For now we hooked up the external drain hose and use that.
