Bought a replacement water filter for my Waterdrop Countertop Faucet. Filter life is about a year, and it’s been a year now since I bought this system. Unfortunately, the wrench needed to open the faucet System was not in the box when I opened it. Called Customer Service phone number, explained the problem, and they sent another wrench out, received in 2 days. Great customer service. Was able to open unit and install new filter. Love this countertop system, so easy to get purified water on the countertop. Love this Stainless Steel Unit.

Better taste than Zerowater, can't say a bad thing about this filter, lasts a long time. Would be nice if cheaper.

It was time to replace the filter on my Waterdrop filter system.These filters are great.They last a long time.Very easy to install.I haven't had any problems with leaking.I did have an issue getting the system open to change the filter.I contacted customer service and tge representative, Harper, was extremely helpful and very fast in their response.If you are also having issues getting it open, lay the system down on its side (with a towel under it) and use the little wrench to open it.It took me a few tries, but I finally did get it open, thanks to Harper's help.I sent me a video demonstrating it. Very helpful.Wonderful customer service.

This filter does a great job and takes up a minimum of space on my countertop. I've had this thing for several years now. I had to get it because I was living in a farmhouse that had spring water and the water was so acidic it wasn't palatable at all. This fixed that completely and it ended my having to buy cases of water and lug them in my house all the time. It's saved me a lot of money just for that reason. I moved and I now have Town water but it didn't taste much better, this filter saved the day again. It does a great job I can actually drink my water. I changed the filter a couple of times of the course of the last three or four years. I'm impressed with this product and easily give it five stars.

It is a good system. The unit is steel and these filters can be changed once a year for my usage.
