I don't know how I'm supposed to write a review for these things. It's Warhammer. You build them yourself. You paint them yourself. And then you spend 15 years trying to understand the rules. So instead of a review, here's like summary of the Nighthaunts. Maybe that'll help you determine if this is your army or not.The Nighthaunts are a faction within the Warhammer Age of Sigmar universe, known for their eerie and haunting backstory. These spectral beings were once mortals who met horrific fates and were subsequently cursed by the god Nagash, the lord of the dead, to exist in an ethereal, torment-filled state. Nagash's dark magic binds their souls to their physical remains, transforming them into nightmarish and ghostly apparitions. The Nighthaunts are led by a powerful and malevolent figure known as Lady Olynder, Mortarch of Grief, who embodies the despair and anguish that pervade their existence. These tormented souls now serve Nagash as his vengeful minions, spreading terror and death across the Mortal Realms in their quest for retribution and to expand the influence of their dread lord. The Nighthaunts' lore is steeped in tragedy and darkness, making them a compelling and chilling addition to the rich narrative tapestry of the Warhammer Age of Sigmar universe.
