Short version: Vivo makes an outstanding standing desk. It's fast, smooth, quiet and easy to assemble (and disassemble--see tl;dr below). If you've got your own desktop, this makes a great frame to build on.Longer version (warning: unsolicited praise ahead):I bought this to upgrade my wfh setup. I had too much on my desk for my old-ish pneumatic desk to raise without lifting and I wanted more surface area to work with. Looking around, there's not many 72" options out there that come in at less than $1k, so I found a kitchen countertop at my local big-box hardware store for about $200 and started looking for legs.Vivo's dual motor setup is great, BUT there were a few hiccups along the way. When I assembled the desk, the left leg wouldn't raise -- I was getting two errors: E02 and E10. After running through the troubleshooting, I crossed my fingers and called customer service. Here's where this experience went from mildly annoying to awesome.First, Vivo's tech support runs from 7am-7pm (Central US time) Monday to Saturday. If you call, you will get a live human. Even better: This being a US company, I got US tech support (not complaining about off-shoring tech support here) so when I had a technical question, the CS rep went and face-to-face *asked* the technical expert!!Second, customer service arranged to send me a new leg when it was clear that the old one was borked. Waited a few days and the new leg arrives. In the meantime, I'd set up my new desk and was using it for work and wasn't looking forward to taking everything off to replace. BUT Vivo's design is so good, I didn't need to! Unfortunately, the leg was an older model. After calling back to CS, they profusely apologized and had a correct model leg to me in two days. The keypad is easy to program, the legs move quickly and in sync to very high levels. Can support wfh setups for tall people, too! Finally, the legs are quite adjustable, with small incremental movement and sturdy foot levelers (mine rests on and off a rug without issue).Once everything was in, I decided to write this review. Through it ALL, I had great technical and customer support from Vivo. They were prompt, communicative and pleasant to work with! I will definitely be looking to them again the next time I need something they sell (they do more than desk legs) and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone I know.tl;dr: Don't settle when buying a standing desk. Find a good surface and put Vivo's legs under it!

I have to admit I was a little skeptical for the price but was very pleasantly surprised. Delivery, packaging and assembly all were fine, no issues. Cords and cables were long enough. Cable management was adequate although a few more cable management loops wouldn’t hurt. The motorized legs attached simply to the old ikea table top I had been using and it works well. Quiet and smooth to raise and lower, and with a display and memory do the height so if you know the prefect stand and sit heights for you then you can quickly alternate between them without fiddling to find the right height again. Very impressed.

The frame feels really sturdy out of the box. The assembling was easy and straight forward. I paired it with desk from IKEA and the color matches to perfection. The cable organizer ties were a bit weak and peel off after a week but adding a different two sided tape and now everything is nice and neat. The movement is really smooth and quick to change from sitting to standing and vice versa. Overall good for the price as there are many others at the price of we all already knew (hefty hefty money).

3 YEAR UPDATE: The desk legs/base continue to work great - no issues, I use it 200 days a year switching between standing and sitting frequently throughout the day. Ordered a second one for my wife's office - it works great too.The desk base arrived today and I completed the installation in under an hour. This included all the unpacking, removal of the legs from my previous stationary desktop, etc. Directions were straightforward and easy to follow. The screw counts in the directions account for overage (directions indicate 10 of one type but only 8 are actually needed). I had a few counts where I was short of the declared quantity in the directions but found I still had all that I needed for the assembly. Assembly was easy and no issues with any structural or electrical components.First impressions upon assembly are good. The desk seems sturdy, legs function as expected. Set the memories for one standing and one seated position. The motor is not noisy at all – I can hear the motor, but it is a low hum. I mean how often do you move it where the noise is a problem? Works for me.One mistake I made was I left the control panel too recessed under the desk so that I kind of have to look under to read which button is what. A simple adjustment has brought it forward and I am quite happy now.Overall, very pleased. I think that the cost to value ratio is very good. And considering I was prepared to pay more to get something I “thought” might be better I am very happy with my decision so far.I will try to remember to follow up in 30 days to give an updated review.34 Day Update: So it has been 34 days since I received and assembled the standing desk legs and (knock on wood) I have had no issues with the product, performance, etc. I use the desk 5 days a week and probably change the position (from standing to sitting) 4 times a day. as far as weight on the unit my calculations are that have about 95 lbs on the legs, (Details - desktop @ 61lbs; 2 monitors @ 2.5 lbs each; dual arm monitor stand @ 8.5 lbs; power strip/surge protector @ 1 lb, Laptop @ 8.5 lbs; and docking station @ 2.5 lbs 10 lbs misc - keyboard, mouse, coffee cup :), picture of the family, phone charging station, water bottle, etc. ). I hope this helps people considering this as a purchase.
