El producto se ve bien pero llego sin los tornillos para armar y colocar el producto, me interesa regresarlo por ese motivo, me gustaría saber si la empresa me puede mandar todos los tornillos y piezas para armar y no lo regresaría

I installed IP cameras, PIRs, a self-monitored alarm system, and lighting automation at my wife's boutique/salon. Not going with subscription-based components meant that I was rolling my own - Home Assistant and Blue Iris meant that I was going to need a PC. I settled on an SFF PC for my NVR, mounting it pretty high up. Since there's not really any kind of desk or counter in the backroom, I elected to wall-mount the monitor, and use the VIVO Adjustable VESA Mount Computer Keyboard and Mouse Platform Tray (MOUNT-KB02) in between the monitor and the wall mount's VESA plate. In case anyone's interested, I used this with the USX MOUNT (XMS002), also available on Amazon, and it fits great.Installation SHOULD be pretty straightforward. The backplate is adjustable, and already assembled. All that you really have to do is mount the support brackets to the bottom of the keyboard tray, and attach the full assembly to the backplate. Once assembled, you attach the backplate to the monitor, presumably in combination with the wall mount of your choice. I had an issue with attaching the support brackets. Either the holes in the brackets aren't tapped properly, or maybe the part was painted AFTER the holes were tapped. Regardless, two of the holes were not easy to screw into. That wouldn't normally be an issue, as decent screws would just thread the hole... unfortunately these screws are made of saltwater taffy, or something of similar strength and consistency. If I ever need to disassemble/reassemble the tray, I'd probably just re-tap the holes and use my own screws.The screw issue aside, the tray seems pretty decent for the $44 price. The friction hand screws for the bracket and the tilt angle of the tray hold well enough. The assembly is also pretty sturdy. The cable management clips are decent. The foam palm rest and mousepad are fine. The mousepad can be placed on either side, for you lefties out there.In my case, the only problem is that I'm using a pretty cheap mount, and the tray acts as a bit of a lever, so typing and mousing does cause the monitor to rock a little in rotation (a couple degrees to each side). It's not a big deal, and it's certainly not the tray's fault - and I certainly wouldn't pay a dollar more to eliminate the condition. If that's the kind of thing you care about, you may want to consider a tray that attaches directly to the wall (and not a VESA mount). Otherwise, this is a good choice. Conditionally Recommended

this feels pretty solid. and what i totally need to Work from Home (WFH). the only downside. is that it was slightly damaged with paint chipping off part of it.

I found it a little flimsy compared to another mount I use, but for the price, you can't go wrong: it does the job well.
