Great container. We've had our Vita-Mix since 1999 and use this thing almost every day. So, it was no surprise that the container was starting to show signs of wear and tear, but the bottom had cracked, more my fault than that of the container. So, when I saw that I could order just the container, I was thrilled. Buying a new one with all the blades and lid was a lot of money, this was such a savings. It is like stepping back in time, it's the same container, same size, everything fits in it, blades and lid, and it does not leak. I love that I can fill it to the 5-cup level with really hot water, a drop of dish soap and this thing practically cleans itself...you've got to love that.

Received the item 3 days earlier than expected. Installed the blade which is removed from the broken container without any problem. Excited that I again have a perfectly working Vitamix machine!

Purchased this as a warehouse deal from Amazon. The product was quite a bit cheaper than others as it was listed as used and in acceptable condition. It was said to have large cosmetic imperfections and so I was willing to put up with that, considering the price. When the container arrived, I opened the box and I seriously couldn't find 1 single flaw on this container. My only guess is that they mistakenly sent me a brand new unit instead of the used one. Very happy with the container and it works great!

This is a great genuine replacement for my vitamin 6300 (model VMO102B) blender. This does not have the same black handle as the original and the new handle is a slightly different size so you can’t change out the black handle cover (I know because I tried). Easy to change over the blade, you don’t really need the retainer nut wrench that Vitamix sells, I just used my hand but big pliers might be needed if yours is really stuck. Also the original lid fits great.

I had to replace the original jar in my Vitamix 5000 (date stamp was September 1997). I ordered this product and it is just as good if not better than the original. Identical in every dimension to the original. I saw a couple of reviews with people complaining about quality so I was a bit leery of ordering this but I'm 100% satisfied. I had already replace the blade assembly last year so it was simple to swap that into the new jar, old lid fit perfectly. This appears to be an OEM replacement part at half the cost of what Vitamix Canada is trying to charge!

Ya puesto la navaja original, el vaso queda un milímetros alto y se mueve cuando esta prendida la licuadora, como que no queda exacto. Trabaja bien pero se mueve un poco. Lastima!

Compre este vaso para la vitamix por que decia que era compatible con el modelo VM 0103 pero no no es compatible queda volando el vaso y embona bien con la base de la vitamix
