My review is not about the e290 in general (I do think it's a great product), just the unit I received in this order.It came to me with 2 of the buttons not fully soldered, and the antenna already plugged in. Looked like it had been used (and abused) and sold as new. I only realized this once I got a second one that was properly packaged.One thing that seems odd with this board is that the vbat reading on GPIO7 isn't reliable. Basically it still reads a value when the battery is disconncted and the value doesn't reflect a specific battery but instead be board specific (tested by switching multiple batteries and multiple boards). Afaict this is not documented well in current linked document.Three stars to reflect the shipping/packaging issues and acknowledge that there are documentation / sample code short comings.

I am a firmware developer, creator of chatters.io. At the request of a user, I ported the ChatterBox node firmware to this heltec E290.I found this device very easy to work with, as you'd expect from esp32. The port only took about a day, starting with the already esp32 compatible codebase.The display is good sized and very clear, as you can see on the image. A full refresh takes a few seconds, so obviously don't do it constantly.The Lora radio works very well (I only tested 911-918 range). I'm using spiffs on a flash partition, that seems to be working just fine.The plug connector is used as I2C in my firmware, for GPS and/or RTC, and the plug works just fine.For the dec environment, I started out with heltec's custom board config for Arduino, but ended up just using the esp32 s3 dev config instead, and that worked better for my needs.I would definitely recommend this board for LoRa experimentation or mesh nodesI did not use Bluetooth or wifi, so can't review that functionality of the board.

This device works fine with Meshtastic. I did successfully add a GPS module to it and that seems to work fine as well. I do like the E-Ink display, I find it easier to read that some of the other smaller OLED screens and it seems to draw less power.

I did not rate the "SCENT" on these dryer sheets because they are SCENT FREE. I wanted a scent free Bounce Dryer Sheet for when I use my wonderful "DIVA" laundry detergent. I did not want to mask the "DIVA" scent with a dryer sheet's scent. Worked just as I had imagined it would!

Works great and is definitely unscented.First time trying it in hopes of reducing the overpowering scents that some cleaning and household products contribute to overwhelming my sensitive nose and allergies. Unfortunately, I must admit that I really missed having some fragrance for this product.May I suggest milder scents, like maybe the smell of baby powder. Something not so perfumy, but still a soft additive for laundry.

Works as good as other similar products with the convenience of being delivered to your home. I prefer the versions like this that don't have any scent or coloring. I never understood the need to pack things with more chemical products unnecessary to the functioning of the original product.

You'll get the same softness and no-static using this Bounce product but you won't get that gag-making smell of other fabric softener sheets. I can't imagine using the scented sheets - ever walked by someone's house who is running their dryer and using a scented fabric sheet? Just awful. Let your clean self (or your good perfume) leave your impression, not a nasty dryer sheet odor.

The Bounce Free & Gentle is the only dryer sheet I have found that both works and does not leave me with allergic hives. There are a couple of other scent or perfume free dryer sheets on the market, but they either leave your clothes staticky or stiff which defeats the purpose of using the things or you have to use more than one in each load which winds up costing more than the Bounce. These Bounce sheets are also good at pulling dog hair out of your dog bed covers in the dryer and I use them when doing a no-heat cycle for our saddle pads - I've never had a horse show any allergic response. Glad to have these available as a Prime Pantry option.
