Put it together in 20 mins and had it mounted in the truck not much after. Looks good and should do the job - we’ll see how it lasts.

Thai thing works great, the only thing is that the bolts need to be a bit more heavy duty.

As a fisherman in southeast Florida this was something I needed for my 2020 Ford Ranger. But the product needed modifications. I had to drill a hole in the main bar across the truck bed for fit. A simple modification. Then the bracket was no use. So I drilled the side plate to add a single hole to bolt in to the truck. Another simple modification. After that it’s a wonderful addition to transport my gear. If you own a 2020 Ford Ranger you’ll need to make these modifications. Use a drill bit tapper for both the bar and to the top of the rail. Very easy.

Bought this to keep rods up and out of the bed while going back and forth from the beach/river/lake. I knew this wouldn't work perfectly with the track system in my 2019 tacoma but based on other reviews I anticipated just drilling 2 holes in each of the side plates and use Toyota track T bolts to attach on each side. Unfortunately either the product design changed or there was a change in the track location on my year of truck because the plate doesn't reach far enough into the bed to cover the tracks. This totally ruined my idea of drilling holes for the track system. The original U-shaped bracket that attaches under the too edge of the truckbed wouldn't work as designed either because the track gets in the way. I rotated the U-shaped bracket and used some of the T-bolts I ordered and used it to hold the plate in place. It's not a perfect workaround but the thing will not budge even with me pulling full strength. I plan on reaching out to the company for another set of the U-shaped brackets just to put on the front side of the plate towards the cab for consistency and that piece of mind.
