Easy to use and hold with one hand and drill with the other. Comes with a few dowels to use and get a feel for size you need for project. I'm pleased with the use and value. My projects are small in nature so it work and stores well.

The best part about this jig is the speed for finding center. You literally set it on the board, twist it until both pins (even positioned) are locked to the sides, make your mark - or drill your hole. Very fast and simple - nothing to tighten down, or be off calibration. Extremely simple.Now for the bad - It isn't the highest quality tool out there. One of the lock pegs rolls (like it is designed) the other lock peg is locked up. Just be careful if you are planning on sliding this down some finished hard wood, mine will scratch. - I deducted a star for this. Both pins should freely rotate, like a bushing.The pilot bushings are soft, if you drill with them, be careful to keep your bit straight - it will deform the ID of the pilot bushing - Deducted one star for this. If the bushings were made from a hardened steel, it would be fixed.It does include the drill bits, and the depth lock collars - which is appreciated. I would have added another star if it included some sort of a case to hold all the pieces in.
