I am giving this a 5 star review, 1st the chopper is very heavy top of the line unit, the chopper blade is extremely sharp & strong. We use it to chop up hunks of pork, chicken hearts, beef hearts with several other items and it will purée a 5lb mixture. I did have a switch problem after 3rd use, I contacted the company and sent in a video of the issue and they fix my issue with a new part and contacted several times keeping me up to date on when I would receive the new item, great company to work with.

We purchased this to make our own salad dressings. First of all, getting the blade out was almost impossible. Once we had a very strong guy pull it out safely. Trying to use is, every time we make sure all the safety items are locked and in place it does not like to turn on. We have triple checked everything, and no luck. We need(ed) something of this size so we can make larger quantities than a quart.I wish there was a solution other than buying something else. We have actually only been able to successfully use this machine one time in the year we have owned it.It was brought to my attention this morning, and before I could get interrupted I came on here to review it. I wanted to check how much I paid for it and look and see what else is available like this to plan on what to buy that might actually work for us.

This product is not for commercial or even home use. The motor is way to weak. I tried to ground some pork in very small amount and does not work. It just keep on tripping. I had to return after serval attempts to try to adjust my ingredients.

Great product. Has performed as we expected and is very durable. For the volume that this machine grinds up, it has cut our processing time down to 2 min versus 10 min with regular household food processors. I would buy again!
