This is the best baking sheet ever, it is very well made, heavier than my other pans but not too heavy. The ridges are great, allowing for even baking. It cleans up easy and does not warp in the oven. I will eventually replace my bakeware with this brand.

These are good quality pans and I haven't seen any warping. As mine is so new, I can't speak to the longevity of the coatings on the pan but I tend to use foil or baking paper regardless. One thing to watch is the size of the pan vs oven size - this one is large and only just scrapes in (literally). I have the smaller pans though and really wanted something larger for bigger meals or baking sessions.

I used to use stones to make cookies but I’m moving away from them because they’re too heavy for my daughter to use and can only do a few things (pizza/cookies). I also want to stay away from supporting MLM schemes that prey on their “distributors”. Additionally, we have a copper three pan set that warp in the oven with each use and was looking for something more all around to replace both things. I purchased this after looking for a silicone baking mat and found this combo set. The pan feels sturdy and is great quality. Has a non-stick film which you can feel and the baking mat is excellent. Made cookies for the first time with it today, just the store bought M&D kind and they came out perfect. 350 for 10 mins which is less time than my stoneware and they were fully cooked on bottom with a nice crisp and nice and soft in the middle and top. All around perfect bake the very first time. Very excited to continue to sue this as our new replacement for sheet pan bakes and everything else!

Excelente producto. Tiene un recubrimiento de silicon qué es mucho mejor que el teflón. No se pegan las cosas. El grueso de la lámina es muy bueno. Se ve y se siente como un producto de muy buena calidad. Me gustó tanto que compre otro.

Lo usé para hacer galletas y bisquets. Encontré un mantel de silicona del tamaño y todo quedó maravilloso

En realidad el "USA pan bakerware" lo utilizamos para hacer galletas con un tapete de silicon, con esta combinación se logró que la temperatura del fondo de la lamina de aluminio no quemara las galletas en la parte del contacto aluminio-masa. Muy recomendable, solo sugiero checar que las medidas del horno permitan que entre bien la lamina.

Much higher quality pan than typical thin sheets of metal I've used in the past. I don't usually like non-stick pans/sheets but I like that it's silicone rather than teflon/BPA.
