Beware of ordering a 2 pack for this garbage cans. I unfortunately did order the 2 pack and only received a single garbage can like some others who have left reviews. After complaining to Amazon, their mistake was corrected and they sent not the missing single trash can but a 2 pack of trash cans. HOWEVER, instead of allowing me to buy or just plain keep the single trash can that was sent, Amazon insisted on having me return it or possibly be charged for my initial order of 2 trash cans even though I only received one trash can. To avoid that charge possibility, I took the single trash can to The UPS Store and was informed that they had to charge me $20 to ship Amazon's incorrect order back to them in a large box. Ridiculous charge and highway robbery for Amazon's mistake. Needless to say, I am not pleased and will never buy any future bulky items that I interested in acquiring from Amazon.Otherwise, the garbage cans are below average. I use them in my garage so they don't get the wear and tear of an outside can and I wouldn't purchase them for outside usage as they don't appear to be rugged enough. I am giving this purchase a single star due to the trouble and expense that Amazon's mistake has caused me. Not a pleased customer and I would give this order a zero if it was available.

These are good, durable trash cans. So far, I've only tried using 39 gallon bags and it's a very tight fit. Just barely fits and I have to really use my strength to stretch it over the sides, which barely stretches over the sides just enough to hang on. So, anything bigger than 39 gallon bags will fit great. Photo shows an empty 39 gallon bag.Once you start adding trash, it becomes inflated because of the tight fit, there's no space for air from under the bag to escape. So, I have to poke a few small holes in the top of the bag to deflate the air, or else you'll waste bags since the air would take up most of the space.I hope that makes since.Overview: Great trash cans, just be sure to get the right size bags.

Pros: you get two of them, they have lids, good price.Cons: a bit smaller than I expected.These are being used to hold cans and bottles for recycling. So I do wish they were a bit bigger, but they do the job.

These trash cans really hold trash. They are so nice I almost don’t want to put trash in them but I do because that is their purpose. Who am I to take that away from them. Everyday I look at them and smile.
