These seem to be well made and sturdy. They have extra material to prevent flexing. Probably not suitable for really tight areas.

This is a good value for when you need something like this for a recessed place where you can't use a box end wrench.I had a ceiling fan that needed repair cause two of the fan blade mounting arms had become really loose and the other were somewhat loose. The arms had come attached to the fan motor and there was a metal guard, then the light fixture. you couldn't get it undone without these tools and some thing box end wrenches.So after these tools came in, I removed the light fixture, used a thing box end wrench to hold the upper nut while using the Crows Foot wrench to loosen the bottom nut which had wires through it.This enabled me to fix our porch fan, then reassemble it after I was done. If it wasn't for these wrenches, i would have struggled to get the guard plate off without damaging the ceiling fan.The only thing I could see that could use improvement is when I first tried to use the crows foot wrench, the extension on my ratchet stuck through the hole too far to use it. So I had to pull back the extension enough so it wasn't sticking out the end, then carefully work on the fan with out accidentally dropping the wrench off the ratchet.So an adapter would be nice which could be inserted into the hole without sticking out the other end, and the ratchet extension could then be attached.But over all, it great addition to my tools.

The Black oxide coating is very thin but keep them oiled and they will be fine. I got a renewed set. Had a couple bonus hydraulic seals in the case from previous owner.

Have now used, came a little rusted, but they are heavy duty.
