Llego en hora y tiempo y bien empaquetado para proteger el producto ya lo calé pero no lo e usado prendió perfectamente y estoy seguro que trabajará bien?

Producto de buena calidad, apenas comienzo aprender este oficio por hobbie y en mi muy poca experiencia en maquinas de soldar este producto me deja buen sabor de boca, se comporta muy estable al momento de trabajar, en periodos de trabajo constante no se fatiga o muestra bajo desempeño, los materiales con la que está hecha son de uso semi-rudo, es decir, no son materiales que pronto presentarán desgaste por la baja calidad, el amperaje que usa uno en la pantalla creo que está muy cerca a los amperajes reales que ofrece la maquina, en fin para trabajos caseros sin problema y para una persona que es de taller creo si pudiera cumplir sus espectativas

Casi no quema al voltaje q dice y le cuesta fundir las varillas, si saca el trabajo Pero se lleva su tiempo,No la volvería a comprar

Pude soldar perfiles sin fundirlos, tengo una infra stick y es muy potente pero agujero los perfiles con ella, pero con esta puedo hacer cordones y soldadura más ligera, pequeña pero si funciona

Al principio el micro alambre se atoro, no la usé en esa función y con el electrodo solo puse unos puntos en unos picos de seguridad, hoy quise soldar una bisagra y solo se trabo y empezó a botar la pastilla, se descompuso, no tengo ni 2 meses y ya se descompuso

今まではエンジン溶接機でやっていましたが、電源が不要で便利な反面、仮付がやりにくく面倒でした。今回は200Vの電源工事を行ったこととあいまって購入しました。使用目的はＤＩＹです。仮付けを半自動、本付を手棒（被覆アーク）という使い方をするつもりです。半自動ワイヤーは高価ですので。また、本体の電源ケーブルも1mぐらい長くして欲しいと思いました。付属の200Vプラグは日本仕様ではなかったので、切断して交換しました。(最初の写真）設置場所も床のゴミを吸わないようある程度高いところのほうががいいです。溶接する部材の板厚の目安としてはカバー類　1mm前後フレーム類　1.6mmぐらい厚いなと思ったら2.3mm以上が多いように思います。カバー類の薄物は半自動の出番です。手棒ではもっと小型でないと無理です。溶接機では「大」は「小」を兼ねません。Tig溶接DIYではするつもりはありません。鉄はもちろん、ステンレス、アルミなどきれいにつけられていいのですが、付属品以外で、トーチ、電極、アルゴンガス、減圧器、ガスホースなどそろえる必要があり、５万円以上かかると思います。ガスボンベはレンタルのはずですので、検査のため使用量にかかわらず、数年（６年？）で回収されます。何か簡単な方法があるなら教えてほしいです。なお、初心者の方は指導者なしの我流では無理です。被覆アーク溶接これをメインで使います。型式が2000ですので、200Aでしょう。ダイヤル上は200Aと表示されました。200V、20Aブレーカーで3.2mmの溶接棒は使用できましたが、100Vでは厳しいと思います。またホルダー側を「＋」につなぐように取説にありましたが、知る限りでは「ー」側が一般的のはずです。今回は「ー」につなぎました。ただ、溶け込みが深くなる分、板に穴が開きやすくなります。薄板を溶接するときには「＋」側につないでもいいかと思います。ケーブルは少なくともあと1mはほしいと感じました。今回は3.2mm棒で140A、2.6mm棒で120Aぐらいでテストしました。溶接棒の箱にも適正電流は書いてありますが、幅が広いです。高めのほうがやりやすいと言われています。溶接棒種類もステン用、鉄用ばかりではなくたくさんあります。ステンレスも普通棒でつけられますが、自己責任で。（錆びるのは当然です）半自動溶接フラックス入りワイヤー（付属品）、ガスなしで特に問題なくできました。ノズル（先端部）はスパッタ防止剤をつけたほうがいいと思います。水に浸すぐらいわずかな量でいいです。ケーブルは知る限りでは「＋」側ですが、取説では「ー」側でした。今回は取説通り「-」につなぎました。ケーブルはまっすぐか、大きく弧を描くように置くこと。とぐろをまいて置くのはダメです。（２番目の写真）ワイヤーがチップ（本体からワイヤの出るところ）に溶着した時は、トーチをもってトリガーを握り、ケーブルを「くねくねっと」すれば取れることが多いです。（3番目の写真）もちろんガスを使った溶接がいいのですが、Tiｇと同じく機器、ボンベの問題がありますので、現実的ではないと思います。なお、ノズルとチップは消耗部品です。ノズルを外すのはひと苦労しました。昔はねじだったのですが、ばねのようなもので止めているようです。引っ張るようにひねるとどうにか外れました。最初は固着して固かったのかもしれません。個人的には難しい順に、Tig、被覆アーク、半自動の順だと思います。DIYに限ると使用率は広告では60％、取説では40％でしたが、40％が妥当でしょう。10分当たり連続4分ぐらい使えますのでDIYでは十分と思います。量産で使うわけではないので非常に便利です。以下初心者の方に、ご参考まで溶接は慣れるまで結構難しいです。最初はだれかについて教えてもらわないと無理だと思います。ユーチューブにいろいろと簡単そうにアップされていますが、初心者がそんなに簡単にはできません。ご心配なく。かなり練習が必要です。また火災に注意。やけど、感電等に注意するのも大切ですが、高温の火花が散りますので、周りにガソリン、灯油、油のついたウェス、木くずなど可燃物がないことを確認してください。綿ごみなど簡単に引火します。木材の加工場とは分けたほうが無難です。水バケツも用意しておいたほうがいいと思います。服装も木綿などの燃えにくい生地がいいです。スラグ（表面についた黒いカス）除去、スパッタ除去の際には保護メガネは必須です。（顔のほうへ飛んできます）溶接面はサングラスのようなタイプより、顔全面を覆うタイプのほうがお勧めです。紫外線が強いので、日焼けのひどいやつのようになります。練習するときに1.溶接方向（運棒）は、平面溶接で右利きの人ですと、被覆アークは左から右、半自動は右から左が一般的。2.息を止めないこと。（歌を歌うのもいいと聞いたことがあります）3.力まないこと（肩、腕などに力をぬく。何においてもでしょうが、これが難しい）4.半自動トーチは両手で支える方法もあり。5.トーチ角度は70度ぐらい、半自動のワイヤ突き出し量は15mmぐらいが基本。などに注意されたらいいと思います。その他細かく言うときりがありませんのでこのくらいで。

My review is for the new MIG200II, pictured. Shipment was on time, very well packaged, arrived complete and undamaged. The majority of reviews here are for an earlier version of the welder. HITBOX does a terrible job of promoting this excellent welder, there are no YouTube reviews and HITBOX's own promotions/descriptions are worthless.The welder, excellent! The display, delicious! The controls, perfect!I've used it on 120V and 240V and only used flux core wire thus far. Very smooth welds, very easy (logical) to setup and control. Memory settings are great, the spot welding function is fantastic and can be adjusted. Besides the front panel controls, it can be put into a mode to set/adjust many lower level settings, very well though out. The manual is the usual Chinese sub minimalist effort but has sufficient useful info after the tenth reading and some mind melding with the welder.To be frank, I had been considering another brand (YES...) with tons of reviews and videos until I stumbled on many features HITBOX doesn't even mention. Calmed my concerns about quality by reviewing videos and writeups on earlier versions. I believe HITBOX make a good reliable product but are terrible at promoting and how/why they are better. I have not need support thus far but I would not expect much in this area, however and unexpectedly, the manual actually lists replacement parts/components!I would not hesitate to recommend this welder for home use or a small shop but please keep in mind I've only used the welder for a week and can't vouch for durability. Given the time and funds I will update my review when I try gasless MIG and TIG.

This review is for the newer UW-PLMIG200-1 model.The goods:- Welder works very well. We have tested this unit on several projects and they all turned great.- All metal feeder mechanism.- Standard NEMA 6-50 3 welder plug- We also exchanges several message with support for consumables and they replied fast. They rapidly added them for sale on amazon. Search for B07QR57S4C on amazon.ca.- Adjustable Amp / Voltage (push rotary switch)- Feeder switchThe not so great:- Manual is pretty bad.- No direct feeder speed adjustment although it was never too fast or too slow. But so far it worked for what we were doing.- No button to deactivate the feeder (useful to adjust gas). Need to open and unlatch feeder.Overall very satisfied with the product.
