Installed these today on my 2024 Tundra Crewmax. These running boards came packed very securely in a large long box. Inside the box each rail was enclosed in a plastic bag and protected with plastic packing material at each end and around their middle. All hardware (brackets and bolts) were packed securely in a smaller cardboard box beside the rails. Each piece of hardware was individually wrapped. All items were present, well packed, and in excellent condition when unboxed. The included instructions were clear and easy to read. I installed them in approximately 1 hour. The brackets are bolted into existing holes in the Tundra's underbody. It was an easy install using a ratchet and two different sockets, one to remove the old bolts in the underbody and another to install the new bolts to hold the brackets.My wife and I then tested the running boards. They make it much easier for her to step up into my Tundra. They stop me from rubbing against the side of the driver seat each time I enter the truck. They seem very sturdy. They are a beautiful black color and enhance the looks of my Blueprint truck. My truck is dirty from a snow and rain showers today.My only problem was the long box was assigned to my rural post office to deliver. They refused to deliver it due to its size and I had to go to the post office to pick it up myself. This wasn't a big deal for me.Time will tell but I think this is a great product at a great price.
