I got this as a gift for a friend of mine who loves climbing and coffee. They really enjoyed it.Its a good quality mug, and holds a full cup of coffee and keeps it as insulated as a regular coffee mug would.Overall, its a neat little mug for the climbing enthusiast in everyone's life.

You never really sit and ponder a single hold for 15-20 minutes...until it's on your cup of hot tea on a cold morning.This and a similar mug of a different brand showed up just in time to go with me on a two night camping trip. While there wasn't any climbing nearby, I got to try both, and found the unexpected benefit of just sitting with a single hold for a while.It's definitely an eye catcher, and got several comments from other campers. As a mug, it works great. The real fun comes when you're just sitting there with it, trying different grips to pick it up each time. You'll experiment with different numbers of fingers, fingertips vs pads, thumb and one finger along the length, etc.Now I kinda want to build up a collection of all the styles and brands of these.

I absolutely love my TWO STONES Rock Climbing Mug! It’s the perfect way to show off my passion for climbing while adding a bit of personality to my daily routine. The design is awesome and really captures the spirit of the sport—I've gotten plenty of double-takes at the office, which always sparks great conversations (and a couple new climbing partners). It’s also super sturdy and feels like high-quality craftsmanship, so I know it’ll last. This mug would make a fantastic gift for any climber in your life; it’s functional, fun, and a great way to connect with others who share the same hobby. I seriously can't get enough of it and highly recommend it. You’ll love it too!

This product was provided to me for a Vine review in exchange for my honest, unbiased opinion.The product that I’m reviewing is a ceramic coffee mug with a handle which resembles and is shaped like a hand-hold from a rock climbing wall. This item seems to be priced about right for a novelty ceramic coffee mug at about $20.00 (as of March 2025). It’s thick enough to retain heat, like any other decent mug, and the handle is definitely a conversation-starter. I gave it to a coworker who climbs and reviewed after getting her feedback. The only negative that she mentioned is that a shape which is great for grasping as you’re focused on climbing up a wall might not be the best shape to absent-mindedly grab a cup of hot beverage by while concentrating on office work. Still, she loves it and is going to continue using it, with the sole caveat that she has to pay a little more attention than normal when picking up her coffee drink. Based on her feedback I’d recommend this product for serious rock-climbers who enjoy the humor of a novelty rock-climbing mug. It also made a great gift.

So I was skeptical at first but just too cool of a concept to pass up and I did not make a bad choice! It looks even better in person the colors are great it's a good vibrant red on the handle and a nice clean white for the mug. It all seems to be made from quality material I've had other mugs in the past that's really let me down that had this ceramic type coating they've had chips or runs odd places or stains etc this cup was flawless. They really did a good job integrating the handle into the cup it's installed seamlessly and where the handle meets the mug is very smooth it all looks natural not like two things that don't belong together that were forced together it was done very nicely they've used some kind of epoxy or glue but it's very difficult to tell there's no excess or thick/thin spots. It holds about 16 oz and it has what it says is an anti-overflow design or overflow protection rather, and this was another thing I was a bit skeptical about but I could tell you it absolutely works! I don't totally get it but it does also that curve design to the rim makes it way easier to drink out of without getting any on your face or mustache if you have one or having any spill around the corner of your mouth when drinking from a very full cup which is what I imagine they meant by overflow protection, but it also is honestly more difficult to spill from moving or the liquid sloshing around. You would think with less rim / the middle portions being lower would be counterintuitive but I tell you somehow it really makes a difference and I love it. And then the handle so cool great for grip and finger strength and for those that may be aren't actually into rock climbing or don't have that good of a grip, but just really like the mug & think it's a neat concept, this mug is still definitely for you as well it's not that hard to hold on to even when it's completely full and to be honest for the most part it's really still just like a regular coffee mug as far as how it interacts with your hand. Or if you like to Palm your mug so to speak I would generally just grip it in my palm with my fingers through the handle, this still works great for that as well you can place that red grip in the palm of your hand and still grip the rest of the cup like you normally would and the rough texture on its surface really adds to a snug secure grip. Best coolest mug I've ever had I use it for everything now so glad to have it.
