ロックソルト用に とても使いやすい大きさでソルト用ミルより細かく削れるので口当たりがよく溶けやすい

Grates large pink Himalayan salt crystals very nicely, better than the ginger grater we initially tried.

Great quality, weighty for its small size. Great for salt or turning ginger into a wasabi like paste for marinating.

Love it! This is very elegant looking yet sturdy. It fits very comfortably in the hand and guests seem to love the experience of grating their salt. It looks so pretty on the table as well. The salt is very fine so it can be difficult to see as you grate it on some foods. You can let it collect on the grater (there are just sharp "teeth", no holes), then tap and sprinkle it to get a better visual. This would make a nice hostess/host gift. I plan on buying a couple more to keep on hand for this purpose.
