For starters, the Hardcore has a self centering knuckle located behind the main body which eliminates side to side torque which is a major design flaw with other hook style releases. The body will actually pivot left or right for a total of 20 degrees to compensate for varying anchor point positions. Once attached to a bow, the loop or serving will line up straight with the centerline of the release which allows for a perfect shot every time. The solid steel jaw automatically closes when you depress the trigger and when set with minimal travel, trigger pressure is a mere 4 ounces. This release is the ultimate for hardcore hunters as well as serious tournament archers. As always, proudly made in the USA.

for what i got it for (50% off) this was amazing the quality is good and the trigger is crisp well worth the full price as well the adjustable length makes it easy to use and the set screw makes it stay. it is foldable however its not as nice folding as some others it stays either folded or not tho and that is nice

I had been frustrated with my past wrist releases. They all worked flawlessly but were always banging at inopportune times while I was in the deer stand. The foldback option of the Tru Fire Hardcore is a great idea! I can climb into my stand, glass, use my rangefinder, text all without the untimely bump of my release hitting on something. Additionally, the release works flawlessly and has a great range of adjustments to make it fit to how I want to use it.

This is a really great release that allows you to adjust the length of the release. The buckle is comfortable and silent!
