These are great for rigid, strong protection against snakebites, rocks, brambles, etc. They reach a good height and feel very durable. Luckily I haven't had the opportunity to test them in the event of a snake bite, but I do think they'd hold up well in that situation. However, there are some flaws in the design. The coverage is pretty limited in the back. You'll definitely need to wear these with taller hiking boots for all around protection. They clasp on with an adjustable strap that tends to come loose, requiring frequent stops to retighten and adjust. I don't know how comfortable these would be to wear for more rigorous hiking or backpacking as the rigidity could become irritating in spots. Overall they work well for specific scenarios, but I wouldn't use these in place of traditional gaiters.

If you need ones to protect you from rocks when riding, or snakes when treking, these are great.for general fielding use, I find them way too thick and rigid, and they affect my ability to climb, since they run into my ankles too much.Returning.They are nice, just not my style.

I recently ordered a pair of leg gaiters from Huntarmor. These gaiters are intended to shield users from snakes and briars while traversing wooded areas, and they can also be employed as protection against snow in inclement weather. They are black in color and feature a very durable attachment on the sides that would safeguard the wearer. The front of the gaiters is likewise constructed of a tough material. The material seems to be of a quality that would be easily cleaned when soiled. They are attached using two elastic straps with clips. The only drawback I can see is the elastic straps and clips. If these two components were to break, the gaiters would be rendered useless.Despite this one flaw, I would still recommend the product.
