I picked this up for the used auto-hammer I purchased with a flat battery. This battery works great, though I now have a better understanding for why the auto-hammers aren't on everyone's shelves; they just aren't that good for anything larger than an 8d nail. Still, a good tool to have when I need to drive a nail in a tight spot.

My mom ordered this and it seems to work okay. However, she has to call me over to her house to push in the release buttons. I have to put it on its side and sometimes push it with something hard to get it to release. You have to push very close to where the release button snaps in. If you push closer to the top it won't work. Unless you have super strong and non-arthritic hands, get something else with easier release buttons.
