Does it work? Yes. Is it confusing to use? Yes.Our little guy wanted to explore outside with our older cat but we didn’t know if he’d run off. Saw this on the internet and several things said there was a $13 MONTHLY option….. there’s not. So yes it’s expensive because you have to pay for at least a year at a time. Not sure about the accuracy, it’s accurate while he’s just wandering around but then randomly pings a few houses down when he didn’t even leave the yard.

the tracker only covers the area within my wifi range, not suitable for cat who will walk far from home.

Much better than airtag. Know exactly where my cat is roaming and can call him when he is in earshot. Collar secure and good battery life. Found out about it from sister who tracks her dog in the country.

I paid over $100 paying for the subscription and with that price, I’ve expected an excellent performance but I’m rather annoyed more than satisfied. I’ve been using it for a week now, and here’s my experience so far.First of all, I kept receiving false alerts multiple times throughout the day (3-5 times). My cat is right next to me yet I’d get a notification that she went off my designated safe zone, ventured to the no-go zone, etc. The tracker does this every morning and at night. For something so expensive, these frequent malfunctions are just irritating. Did I buy this at Temu???Tracking wise, all of the features are practically useless especially with the “power saving mode”. This pesky feature turns off the GPS tracking which basically renders the product useless. Although it lets me know that my cat is within safe zone, I don’t know exactly where and I wouldn’t be able to pinpoint her location in times that I need to find and get her back. It’s more of a minimal assurance that my cat is within the area, but without her actual location, this basically beats the purpose of the product.The only way this product could be of most use is to turn off that pesky feature. So I have to delete my “power saving zone”, which means that I can only use the “live track” mode. This drains the battery, making me charge the tracker everyday so that the it won’t die when my cat is out and about, sniffing and running. The tracking is not that accurate but it works okay. Meh.Other features such as the measurements like the distance and altitude of the tracker is NOT ACCURATE AT ALL. My cat is right next to me yet it says she’s 35 ft away and 45 ft higher? What the heck? Pair that with the frequent false alerts. It’s just NOT TRUSTWORTHY.Other features such as “bluetooth radar” or “AR tracking” is also ineffective as the range is quite small. It wouldn’t work if I need to find my cat and god knows where she is. It seems to me that all these “features” are just a bunch of bs that they smacked on the app, just so they can rack up the price of the product and call it “advanced” or “pro” or whatever. And they don’t even let you get a free trial of the product with the subscription. You have to pay right away. They know that their tracking system sucks, so obviously there’s no way they’d let customers see it for themselves beforehand, without charging first. Gotta get that money first, right?? No integrity, nothing.Oh, and that leaderboard ranking based on the activity is useless and distasteful. This is a tracker, not some social media app to compare. It seems to me that the developers of this product is much more concerned on superficial aspects than the actual performance, effectiveness, and outdoor safety of my cat.Last but not least, the health tracker. It tracks my cat’s sleep and activity just fine. But then again, personally, I bought this product to track my cat’s locations, not to know how much she’s sleeping or moving. This health feature and the “live tracking” mode is really all that is useful. Even then, it’s barely efficient. The battery drains fast, and all that comparison with the leaderboards on my cat’s health is just overall off putting.That’s all, it’s not worth the price. Whoever developed this product is much more concerned with profit. There are better trackers out there. Save your money.

Love these trackers! Love the peace of mind knowing where my fur baby is when outside during the day. It really earned its keep when he got swept down a drain in a horrendous storm and spat out into the water catchment 700 metres away. I had to wade into the reeds to rescue him. Would never have found him without the tracker! They can be a bit temperamental in bad weather but that’s a small price to pay. Charge lasts about 4 days.
