I sued this ac to cool down the space that we need instead of tuning on the central ac system. It’s a little noisy but it’s quite good at cooling the room off. This unit saved me a lot of electricity bill during summer time.

This unit, priced reasonably and delivered quickly, was easily installed and works as hoped. The remote control allows for easy , quick adjustments, especially from bed at night. The wi-fi app is a great feature for setting up while out of the house. Great unit!

El. modo nocturno hace mucho ruido y sus 3 velocidades son casi identicas, su aplicacion no es compatible con amazon Mexico.

facil instalacion, facil manejo, el unico inconveniente es el ruido que genera, pero se acostumbra uno.

I liked it when I first got it because it looks so nice. Also, when the AC came on it was powerful and cooled the room far better than the old unit it replaced.Then, it just completely shuts off when it reaches temperature. Minutes later it will thud back on. It's on, off, on, off. It's loud, and jarring. It scared my cats.Every other AC I've ever had keeps its fan on even when the AC isn't running. This is a deal breaker for me. I need background white noise to be fairly consistent, especially while I'm sleeping.Also, the thermostat is all over the place. If it's too warm, you have to set the temperature quite low to get it to come on. Then it makes the room too cold. You then have to keep raising the temperature until it shuts off, then the room gets too warm. It's like there's no consistency or tine-tuning for the temp. It's just always going up or down, on or off.Also, the three speeds of fan have barely any difference between them. It's weird.

I am extremely happy with the TOSOT 9,700BTU (5,000 BTU SACC) Portable Air Conditioner. I’ve been using this unit in my microgreens grow room since November 2023, and it has been running nonstop for over a year—only pausing for occasional filter cleaning and a quick wipe-down. It’s incredibly reliable and has exceeded my expectations.What really sets this unit apart is the dehumidification feature. In a grow room environment, excess humidity can quickly lead to mold and crop loss, but this unit keeps everything under control. Without it, I’d be at serious risk of losing my harvests. For reference, my grow room is about 200 square feet and can get very humid, but this AC handles it with ease.Another standout feature is the smart WiFi control via the phone app. The ability to monitor and adjust the unit remotely is a game-changer. For example, I can be an hour away at a farmers market and switch the mode from "cool" to "fan" right from my phone. It’s so convenient and something I’ve never had with previous units.I very highly recommend the TOSOT Portable Air Conditioner to anyone considering it. It’s an excellent investment, especially if you need reliable cooling and dehumidification. Trust me, you’ll be happy you did it!
