I love the fact that the heat spreads evenly across so the cake came out with a beautiful shape and even color. I did not use any parchment paper to line the tin, and there was absolutely no leak. You should lift it by the sides when putting it in the oven as it has a removable bottom. Removing the cooled cake is a breeze because of the removable bottom. Just push up and it’s out! I like its depth of 3 inches also as there is more to a slice of cake.

Great quality and fantastic pans. Quick tip: do not put in the dishwasher, wash by hand and dry in a warm oven. You'll thank me later!

Using them for cakes and sourdough bread. Awesome tall pans that are easy to clean and 100% aluminum.

Absolutely beautiful bakeware. Really nice quality, much better than I bought last one. This price for two, you can not get this deal from anywhere else.
