I bought these as an addition to my jobsite toolbox. Really nice little kit with a nice array of sizes AND a toolbox-friendly case. I tried one out in a mild steel electrical panel and it worked like a charm. This is the kind of thing that, when you need it you thank God you have it in your toolkit.

Plastic Box is very cheap, no mark in bits, so if bits out from box and mix I can't found metric sae... Size

I have a set of bits that both drill and counter sink. I use them a lot in my wood projects. But, this set takes it to a whole new level. I do a little light construction of other projects that include mild steel, where it would be great to not have to put a nut on the back side, using just the right length of a screw or bolt that would fasten the two pieces of metal together (or any other material to a metal part). I have tested this set, and it works very well, to A) drill the hole B) thread the hole for whatever size screw or bolt you want, and C) countersink the hole for a recessed screw IF YOU NEED IT. You don't have to use the counter sink. Or the tap for that matter. You can stop drilling at any point you want without engaging the other two options. Each bit is made of the hardest steel, perfectly machined to exacting specifications. One test that I used was to take nuts threaded to the sizes indicated on the bits and spin them down on the bits. Each one is perfect. I'm very happy to add these bits to my shop bench and will be using them regularly. Five stars.
