Out of the box they are definitely more difficult / sticky to adjust than knipex, though to be expected for 1/3rd the price.Great for a car toolset or something you wont be using super often, just because the adjustment is a little annoying.If you wanted to fix it, you can by taking it apart and filing down the parts that slider over each other. I did and it works great, although this process may not sound awesome for some. Even out of the box though, easily worth the $20.

They are pretty much identical to the knipex ones. I personally prefer name brand tools but this is for my EDC not garage. I purchased this with the intention of having a tool to replace wrenches understanding with 7"s I'll have limited leverage. The only difference i can tell from real knipex pliers are the jaws are larger on the knipex than these but that's not a major factor to me if it works like it's supposed to.

I own the Knipex version of this item and I can honestly say that it is definitely comparable to it. Quality tool, well built and adjusts easily just like the Knipex. Comes with a nice nylon case that has room for another same size pliers and another slot that’s half the size. Time will tell if it holds up but I see nothing that indicates it won’t. The price is unbeatable…I like the blue grips too. Very happy with the purchase.
