Easy to use. Dishwasher safe. Worked great with firm tofu. Made the prep work easy! Seems durable. A well spent 10 bucks or so.

Easy to use and easy to clean. I use this daily, honestly. I will take out my frozen tofu and put it in the press. By the next night it’s ready for me to use.

Works well to drain the water from Tofu.

It's cheap and it works. I used a 16oz tofu block from Aldi.I did feel that it didn't press down hard even on level 3, I had to put cans on top which got more water out but eventually it did reduce 50%.I am concerned with the band snapping in the future since you have to use a lot of force to pull it down but I'll keep track to see how long it lasts me and I'll update accordingly.Overall, pleased with this very useful kitchen gadget. The cutting lines are helpful and I can even use the container to marinate the tofu in. :)

Getting into preparing meals with tofu, a press is a nice accessory. Though, a make shift of kitchen object weighting on the tofu would be sufficient. This press is very convenient. Insert the tofu in the mud section where the fluid can drain the pan with the top scrapped via rubber/silicone bands on opposite ends. The only challenge is the band elasticity might be to stringent for some to stretch to hook onto the lid. Otherwise, it’s very handy and does press nicely.
